New Beginnings Hair and Beauty Salon is a full-service beauty salon dedicated to consistently providing high customer satisfaction by rendering excellent service, quality products, and furnishing an enjoyable atmosphere at an acceptable price/value relationship. We will also maintain a friendly, fair, and creative work environment, which respects diversity, ideas, and hard work.

New Beginnings opened it’s doors for the first time in the summer of 2011. Seeing the need for affordable hair care for our African American sisters, Stephanie Tullos stepped out on faith and opened her hair salon. The opportunity also arose to add a spa to the salon, and a full service hair salon and spa was born.
